1. Drink Lots Of Water. Sometimes people underestimate the power of water. Drink about 2 litres/day (approx. 64 oz). Drink a glass of water about 20 minutes before dinner to help you feel full. It's esential to drink water if you want to lose weight, don't forget it.
2. Eat Slowly. It's well known that people who eat slowly, usually tends to lose weight faster. Also, it's much better for your health.
3. Do Not Shop When You Are Hungry. It's obvious that if you go shopping when you're starving, you will buy extra food that you won't need. So eat before shopping.
4. Eat Small Meals Regularly. Though it may seem counterintuitive, if you are hungry, you're not doing it right. You should eat anytime that you're hungry, but be careful, eat healthy food, eat slowly (as I already explained in #2) and in small chunks.
5. Eat In Smaller Plates. That way it will give you the impression that you're eating too much, in case that you served too much food.
6. Walk As Much As Possible. Many people underestimate the power of walking. Look, if you have the unhealthy habit of sitting on a chair all day, if you start walking more often, then your body will start to BURN THE FAT, doesn't matter what you think. Then, after a while you might want to do some other exercises to complement, but start small.
7.Try New Recipes Every Day. Also, try to incorporate new foods and ingredients to your recipes often so that after a while, you will have a big spectrum of healthy foods to eat and enjoy.
